Lintzer cookies!

I'd totally been wanting to make these after getting this raspberry peach jam at Briermere so this weekend was the perfect time.  Adapted the recipe from America's Test Kitchen.  The nice thing about the dough recipe was that it didn't have any egg or milk but still came out flaky and moist.  Definitely recommend because you can make it the night before and refrigerate until you are ready to roll it out.  Super easy to do between two pieces of parchment paper.  Isn't this mini heart cookie cutter the best? 

 Voila! I'm so happy with how they turned out. I predict they'll be gone by the end of the week.
